Lacking uniqueness, my own “pits of hell” were experienced in the mind. First perfectionism, then binge eating disorder, then depression and bindge eating combined. Life was a burden not a gift. Any action I feared to be wrong and any action taken felt against a current.

Providently, through the agonizing self-inflicted trauma, inspirations and epiphanies woke the senses. My mind began to shift away from old beliefs, providing my body the opportunity to use more helpful neurobiological pathways. A change in the mind and body is a change of the soul.

It was the stories of others that inspired the stirring of God who lives within and God’s divinity which epiphanized my soul from above. With a strong conviction to encourage others experiencing their own “pits of hell,” I share my own epiphanies, that of others and words of encouragement in podcast, written and art form.

This site is the cornucopia of that work.

It is my greatest hope that this work inspires you to hold on long enough to experience the Heights of Beauty intended for your own life.
